**Out-of-State Vehicle Financing Disclosure

At Speed Auto Center, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional service and transparent communication throughout the vehicle purchasing process. It is important for us to disclose our policy regarding financing vehicles out of state. Please carefully review the following information:

1. Financing Limitation: We regret to inform you that we currently do not offer financing for vehicle purchases made outside of the state in which our dealership is located. As a result, we are unable to provide in-house financing options for out-of-state transactions.

2. Limited Banking Connections: Our dealership does not have established banking relationships with financial institutions located outside of our state. Therefore, we are unable to facilitate financing through our network of banks and lenders for out-of-state vehicle purchases.

3. RMV (Registry of Motor Vehicles) Limitation: We would like to bring to your attention that we do not have direct connections with the RMV in states other than our own. This limitation prevents us from efficiently processing and handling the necessary paperwork and title transfers required for out-of-state vehicle sales.

4. Available Options: Please note that we have two available options for out-of-state vehicle transactions:

   a) Cash Purchase: If you wish to purchase a vehicle from our dealership and you reside out of state, we accept cash transactions. You can make a cash payment for the full purchase price of the vehicle at the time of sale.

   b) Customer Financing: Alternatively, you have the option to secure your own financing through a bank or financial institution of your choice. We can provide you with the necessary documentation and assist you in the completion of the purchase process. However, it is your responsibility to arrange financing independently.

5. To ensure a smooth transaction, we offer payment options via check or credit card for your car purchase. Please note, vehicle release takes 7 business days for both payment methods. Cash payments allow for a 3-business day release.

   We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these limitations. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent purchasing experience for all our customers, and we appreciate your understanding regarding our current financing policy for out-of-state transactions.
